Governance Training Videos
Through a partnership with Synod, we've helped turn our governance training into a series of video resources.
These resources look at topics like Why is Governance Important, Consensus Decision-Making, Being an Effective Council Member.
These resources can be worked into your Church Council meetings, even just as a refresher and will be great additions to your induction processes when a member joins a committee or council.
